Return
The user is obliged to return the goods or consegnarcela without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we notified the termination of the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.
The direct costs for returning the goods are your responsibility. The right of withdrawal assumes that you inform us within 14 days from the receipt of the delivery (withdrawal period).
If you have not received the right of withdrawal in the confirmation of order or at the time of delivery of the products, the period is extended to three months.
To ensure that the right of withdrawal becomes effective, the product must be delivered in the same amount and in the same condition you received it.
The user is the only responsible of any reduction in the value of the products due to a different handling of the products necessary for determining the nature, properties and function.
